--------PLANS APPROVED. A plan sent in by Mr J. Foreman, for the drainage, water-supply, and provision for manure, at Mr Wm. Blater’s new stable behind Monkhouse Square, was approved. Mr Slater, in a letter to the clerk, stated that he had now given Mr Foreman the necessary instructions and that he expected that what the Board asked for had been furnished. A plan sent in by Mr F. R. Wilson, for a new children’s lavatory, bath &c., at the Union Workhouse, was approved. A plan for new shop front to the premises of Mr John Wilson, draper, Market Street, was referred to the Street Committee, with power to allow it if found satisfactory.
