CLAYPORT STREET 1. 5330 (North-West Side) Grosvenor Terrace (Nos 1 and 2) NU 1813 SW 4/218 II GV 2. Early C19. Two storeys and 5 windows. Ashlar built. Slate roof with coped gables and yellow brick chimneys. Late glazed sash windows. Central doors under joint depressed arch; 6 panel doors with spoked fanlight above. Door to through passage on right.
