3 Walkergate is an 18th / early 19th century house, Grade-II listed, but long unused and heavily overgrown. Although picturesque, the condition of the building must be deteriorating. Immediate action would be required if there is any possibility of securing some long-term protection in conjunction with the imminent hotel development on the adjoining site.
