Salvation Army Hall

Housing in the Hotspur Street area was declared unfit, and designated as a Clearance Area before WW-II. Tenants had been rehoused by 1937. After the war the Salvation Army negotiated to buy this plot, and the simple and unassuming building dates from 1958.
