Churchyard gates to the Church of St Mary and St Michael

BAILIFFGATE 1. 5330 (North Side) Churchyard Gates of the Church of St Mary and St Michael NU 1813 NW 3/2A II 2. Mid C19. Octagonal piers on bases spurred on south side about 9 ft high. Arcaded corbel table cornices below bell-shaped caps. Joined by cast iron arch with wrought iron scrolls. Pair of arrowhead gates, doubled at base and with axe-head piers.
