EDLINGHAM THORNY KNOWE NU 10 NW NU 13920907 Boundary stone 14/140 on boundary with Alnwick C.P. 480 metres north of the Union Stone II Boundary stone, probably C18. Sandstone. Broad flat-topped pillar 0.65 metre high incised letters 'A' (Freemen of Alnwick) on east, 'F' (Fenwick) on north and 'N.o.7 S' (Swinburne) on south. The stone marks the junction of Alnwick Moor with Lemmington and Edlington townships in Edlingham parish.
